A nice night on the water. One of my favorite lakes in Vermont.  We started out using Oliver wooly buggers. Then it got dark and they started hitting the light green wooly buggers. a good night on the water.

The Oversized Smallmouth Creature...Designed for some Pike.

For the past two years I have been a creature tying fix since I saw Mr. Wilson and his awesome bass bully. Check out Wilson's Based Bully on YouTube.com

I tie the creature a little different than Mr. Wilson and they seem to work great.  My buddy has a trolling motor on his canoe we use to troll the creatures bouncing them off the bottom.  Let out between 50 & 100 feet of line. Then let the creature work its magic. The smallies love it. Now I wonder will some pike love it too...  I am looking to hit up some pike with the new oversized creature.
